Submit your poster presentation on promising practices, innovative projects and research relevant to the theme and/or innovation in rural health. This is a fantastic opportunity for students, professionals and rural organizations!
All submissions will undergo a competitive review process. Not all submissions will be chosen to present. Evaluation criteria includes:

We regret that a limited number of presentation slots are available.
To be considered, poster presentation submissions must include all the information requested in the online form.
TIPS & GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
♦ Poster size should be 36" x 24" landscape orientation
♦ Clarity and brevity are crucial; save details for discussion
♦ Use at least 18-point font, and use bold lettering for headings (not underlined), sans serif font
♦ Include your title and name
♦ Left-justify text within text boxes
♦ All images/photos should be clear and captioned
♦ Poster should be readable from 3-6 feet away; be mindful of color contrast
♦ Consider the flow of information on your poster, visual balance of graphics, and avoid too much white space
Note: Posters will be mounted on freestanding bulletin board. Author is required to print and bring their own poster.

TRAVEL ASSISTANCE
Assistance to attend the conference is available. If you need registration and/or hotel stay assistance please apply for a scholarship. Funds are limited, first come, first served.
Mileage/Airfare assistance is available for students only. Funds are limited - first come, first served for this request and a max of $200 per a student can be offered. *If you need assistance please indicated this during the application process when submitting your poster information.
